Richard Mulligan

Richard Mulligan will always be remembered as the totally loopy "Burt Campbell" on the 1970's sitcom "SOAP", and as "Dr. Harry Weston" on the 1980's sitcom "Empty Nest". He also was "General Custer" in the classic movie "Little Big Man".
